Booking

To make a booking, please call or message directly, or book online through www.oceandreamstherapy.co.uk

If there is no reply, please be patient. I will get back to you as soon as I have a minute to give you my full attention.

Cancellations

All cancellations made due to showing symptoms of the Coronavirus will not be charged, please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling under the weather. You will have the option to be refunded, credit on your account or as a voucher. This will be discussed at the time of cancellation.

Payment & Deposits

Please no cash, Payments in advance – deposits or full amounts. I have a card machine and accept bacs transfers.

All payments must be settled before you leave your appointment  

Ocean Dreams Therapy reserves the right to request any payment upfront for any services or products.

Consultations

Consultation forms will be sent to you via email 24 hours before your appointment, and must be sent for review at least 2 hours before your appointment. Failure to complete the form will result in your appointment being cancelled with out refund.

Skin consultations for facials will cost £10, this will go towards your account if you choose to join as a preferred client and purchase the skincare used or will come off your treatment price.

Pricing

All prices are correct as of 01.06.20

Other useful information

Paid car parking is available near the lounge, or you can park for up to two hours for free on the residential roads.

If you feel uncomfortable at any point during your appointment, please do let me know and I will stop immediately. Likewise, If I feel uncomfortable during the treatment, I will stop the treatment and kindly ask you to leave.  

​

Your Temperature will be taken on arrival to the Mystic River Lounge. If it reads 37.8 or over, unfortunately I will have to turn you away and re-schedule your appointment.

Please see the COVID-19 Control Policy I have in place.

If at any point I feel the policy is not being adhered too, I reserve the right to refuse your custom.

**Please note, we are based within the Mystic River Lounge in Cosham. We are not a salon, but follow strict salon procedures within the treatment room which is situated in private towards the back of the building.
